“I asked Glenda to be on my podcast because she brought a very broad and in-depth knowledge of IBS and the low FODMAP diet because she has researched, studied and got qualifications in these topics. And she has it personally and has gone through what people with IBS go through – probably even more because she’s been going through it for longer – so she can understand and empathise. She’s the perfect person that can help and direct others that are suffering from IBS and on the low FODMAP diet.

When people understand that Glenda has not only been there, but she has a way to help because she has so much practical knowledge as well, and she’s done so much research… it’s just comfortable. People can relate to Glenda and feel comfortable with her.

If you need to interview someone on IBS or the low FODMAP diet, you’d be crazy not to talk to Glenda. She’s very knowledgeable, very professional, speaks well, is very easy and pleasant to talk to, and has a very down to earth personality. Glenda was able to answer the questions and express all the concepts in a very thorough manner, as well as being straight to the point. She’s absolutely fluent in her speech. It was flawless, it was fantastic. Glenda makes it easy for someone to interview her.”

“Glenda came up with some new and interesting recipes, reinforcing the convenience and flexibility of our products, which are some of our key selling points. There wasn’t even the requirement for us to check the recipes were low FODMAP. We knew Glenda would have done the research and made sure that we’d be presenting low FODMAP recipes for our customers.

I’ve appreciated working with Glenda – she is very thorough and detail oriented and presented both herself and our company professionally both in social media and her website. We were very impressed.”

“Glenda’s got a very, very thorough knowledge of the low FODMAP diet and I think it’s because she follows the diet herself and knows the potential triggers because she’s been down this path and that path. I think learning from someone who’s actually living it is excellent.

You can learn the details, but until you’ve done it yourself you don’t really understand it. And it’s too big a topic to try to wade through the Monash University stuff by yourself. Just understanding bits and pieces of it would give you an incomplete knowledge and it could be quite dangerous.”
